The optimization of Haier's Smart Home system was to solve two problems. To do this, WeivAxess experts have developed a microcontroller firmware that implements the transfer of commands to devices. The firmware is compatible with different data formats from old and new devices.

The specialists also implemented their own SmartEvo protocol, developed an API based on the WebSocket protocol for the IoT module of the mobile application, implemented full-scale system monitoring with tracking of all basic indicators and resources, developed an admin panel for the processes of launching new devices, and also implemented voice control through the virtual voice assistant "Alice."

In addition, the task was to speed up the response of technology to user teams in the evo mobile application. The WaveAxess team rewrote the firmware for all devices, optimizing data transfer protocols so that they transmit less data without compromising stability and functionality. As a result, the reaction rate to the commands was reduced to less than 1 second from the moment they were received. Support for one universal firmware for different devices, each of which has its own features, greatly facilitates the content of the IT infrastructure.
