On March 15, 2023, TytoCare announced Tyto Insights technology based on artificial intelligence, designed to analyze lung sounds for possible wheezing.

Tyto Insights is a specialized hardware and software solution that enhances the diagnostic capabilities of healthcare professionals. The application can be used, among other things, as part of telemedicine platforms, when the patient's condition is assessed remotely based on information from various intelligent devices and sensors.

The Tyto Insights system is suitable for both adults and children aged two and over. To record pulmonary sounds, a stethoscope of a portable device for remote examination of TytoCare is used. The obtained readings are analyzed using an extensive database containing sounds of the lungs and heart, as well as information on the symptoms of diseases and vital signs of the body. When detecting wheezing, AI algorithms are used. This helps doctors remotely make reasonable and accurate diagnoses, as well as prescribe the necessary treatment.
