2023: Appointment of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade
At the end of March 2023, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree appointing Mikhail Yurin as Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Another document, the head of the Cabinet dismissed the deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Alexei Uchenov in connection with the transition to another job.
Earlier, Yurin served as director of the department of chemical and technological complex and bioengineering technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. In his new position, he will replace Alexei Uchenov, who oversaw the issues of standardization and technical regulation, and issues related to the use of the best available technologies in industry. In addition, Yurin will retain the supervision of the Department of Chemical and Technological Complex and Bioengineering Technologies.
Alexey Uchenov worked in the Ministry for more than 10 years, having gone from the head of the department to the Deputy Minister. In the civil service, he has established himself as a professional and initiative manager. He will now move to work in the commercial sector. I am sure that I will prove myself there. His "replacement" - Mikhail Yurin - on the contrary, came to the Ministry of Industry and Trade from industry, having already taken place as a successful business administrator, - commented Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. |
The Ministry of Industry and Trade noted that during his work in the department, Alexei Uchenov was awarded state and departmental awards: medals of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree, diplomas of the President of the Russian Federation, medals of M.T. Kalashnikov, etc.
Now he will go to work in one of the commercial structures, the ministry emphasized, without specifying where Uchenov went.[1]
