The Informikus company proposes the free software solution OneBoard 1.2 on project management. A system is intended for operational management of project activity and focused on the enterprises of different fields of activity.
OneBoard allows:
- manage projects, tasks and tasks within the project;
- perform planning and a time recording of each employee;
- issue individual tasks and control their execution;
- calculate the cost of projects proceeding from actually worked time.
A system includes also functions of personnel records, allowing to maintain the database on all employees, and supports a hierarchical structure of interaction of the management with employees.
Using OneBoard it is possible to obtain quickly information in a report type about planned and actually a worked time on each project, each task within the project and on each contractor within a task. Also the solution OneBoard does not require installation of a client part in a workplace of the user.
