2023: Using SAP Business One

The Russian subsidiary of Ji Ti Ar LLC of the international company Giovenzana International B.V. operates SAP Business One with the consulting support of the IT company CMD-Soft. The ERP system implementation project was completed at the end of 2020. The decision ensured the inclusion of the Russian office of Giovenzana in the unified information space of an international company, ensuring the maintenance of Russian accounting and tax accounting processes.

The head office of Giovenzana International B.V. uses SAP Business One, which clearly determines the choice of this ERP system for standardizing approaches to managing the business processes of subsidiaries.

A typical criterion for the successful implementation of ERP deployment projects according to the standards of the parent Western company is the possibility of submitting Russian tax reports by the means of the system itself. In general, the project covered sales, procurement, commodity movement, accounting and tax accounting according to Russian legislation and international standards.

As a result of the project, carried out in partnership with CMD-Soft, our head office has the ability to track the products shipped to us, as well as analyze and predict the demand for production and supply. The parent company receives the consolidated financial statements without our prior preparation. After implementation, CMD-Soft provides support for the SAP Business One system, in particular, provides services for adapting accounting policy settings for changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation and formats for unloading tax returns, - commented Anna Zakurdaeva, General Director of Ji Ti Ar LLC.

During the project, G T Ar introduced one of the latest versions of SAP Business One. The basic ERP system has implemented improvements in the field of automation of Russian accounting and tax accounting. As part of the localization of SAP Business One, the joint project team thought out various nuances in the formation of tax reports and the creation of current declaration formats.
