Executive authorities of the Tula region are switching to the Russian software "MyOffice"

2023: Move to "MyOffice Standartny 2"

CIT of the Tula region, as well as executive authorities and subordinate institutions of the region, are switching to MyOffice products. Thus, the Center purchased more than 3,500 licenses of the MyOffice Standartny 2 product, some of which have already been deployed. MyOffice announced this on March 30, 2023.

The implementation project, implemented by the Brevis integrator company, started in August 2022 with a series of pilot tests, which made it possible to assess the prospects for transferring organizations of the Tula region to domestic software. After evaluating the use, the customer decided to gradually deploy MyOffice products to the workplace. As of March 2023, over 880 civil servants from various ministries and committees of the Tula region use desktop editors as part of MyOffice Standartny 2 for daily work with text documents, spreadsheets, mail and presentations.

As part of the project to switch to Russian software, we are trying to cover as many budget organizations as possible. One of our tasks is to unify the IT infrastructure of the region, organize effective work with documents according to a single standard. My MyOffice helps us cope with this task by offering functional and safe products, "said Evgenia Bychkova, Deputy Head of the Project Management Department of the Information Technology Center of the Tula Region.

The project with CIT of the Tula region included a thorough analysis of the needs of various departments, as well as the integration of our solutions with the internal systems of electronic document management of organizations. Together with the specialists of the Center, we were able to configure the integration of products, which facilitated the creation of working materials and the communication process, - said Alexander Ivannikov, commercial director of MyOffice.
