2023: Automation of the Procurement Management System
The industrial and metallurgical holding creates an automated procurement management system on the basis of the B2B-Center site. The company B2B-Center (Center for Economic Development) announced this on April 3, 2023.
Cooperation with B2B-Center will help the holding standardize the procurement activities of all enterprises, increase the efficiency and transparency of interaction with suppliers.
B2B-Center set up integration with the corporate accounting system of PMX based on 1C:ERP Enterprise Management. All purchase requisitions and notifications are generated in it and automatically transmitted to the trading platform. The system receives information about suppliers and their proposals, on the basis of which the customer summarizes the results of the auction.
PMH held test tenders on the site in the amount of more than 2 billion rubles and by the end of 2023 plans to transfer most of the purchases of its subsidiaries to B2B-Center. In the future, the holding considers integration with the Supplier Management service in order to carry out accreditation and qualification of counterparties, carry out regular audits and manage the entire life cycle of interaction with suppliers.
