Thanks to the maximum automation of workflows and a possibility of remote connection to a system from any place in the world, new Russian SaaS service promotes decrease in time of processing of a request from one client and accelerates problem solving for 20-40%. In a service pack of October, 2010 there was a number of the services concerning branding and preserving of corporate style and unity during the work of staff of the company in SolverMate. Besides, there was an option allowing to use own domain name of the company for an input of clients and employees in the SolverMate system.

Working with an email client, many use functionality of so-called chains of letters. Thanks to them it is possible to cover a look all picture of correspondence entirely. Regardless of that, the respondent inserted the quote from the previous letter into the message or not, the user will always remember what she there was a speech about. Most often such group of letters automatically integrates service or an email client: heading of the first letter, employee at the same time and name of a thread.

Generally speaking, the thread, but not the separate letter is backbone, basic unit of SolverMate web service as by means of this function much more simply and more visually initially to structure that information which is stored in a personal or group mailbox. All addresses of correspondence, names of senders or participants of these or those actions automatically are included in the section Contacts, the corresponding cards for each contact are got, the basic functions of applications of the class CRM necessary for medium and small business are implemented. Interface

The report of communication is displayed on the right every time when the user selects a specific thread (or a front card with contact information of the participant or group). It contains information which is picked up for the contextual principle.

If the template is applied to a thread, then its parameters first of all are brought to panels with the report. In the same place all files which participants of communication, their list and also transfer of all events connected with this thread exchanged recently are collected. In addition, quickly helps to be up on and save time the fact that on each participant it is separately possible to look at once in expanded form at the history of correspondence with it. At the same time in the main window directly thread is displaid: the history of correspondence of all participants in a chronological order.

As it was already told above, the contextual report of communication appears when viewing any objects in service that facilitates and accelerates work.

Except a panel with the report of communication there is also a widget located at the left. It can be seen in any window of service. In addition to the Write the Letter button, obligatory for any mail service, it allows to filter quickly information which is contained in mail and also to bring to a desktop those threads (or separate letters) to which certain tags and templates were applied.

Group participants

Not only the certain person, but also the project or working group, such as, for example, technical support service or sales department can be the participant of communication.

Sovermate 2.0

Since December 15, 2010 the company began the closed testing of upgraded version of solution SaaS - the rofessionalny web client of e-mail for business – SolveMmate 2.0.

With the made updates, SolverMate will be more functional and simpler in use. Communication of people among themselves by e-mail will become the basic principle of system operation, using SolverMate as an e-mail client. Considerable expansion of opportunities of mail allows to integrate letters in chains/subjects, "in process" to conduct their free and sample parametrization, to integrate collected parameters with the third systems, to work personally and collectively.

"Testing of a product in "fighting" conditions helps to achieve stable work of its basic functions, to make a system more convenient for daily work, - the director of the company of "SolverMate" Sergey Mekhonoshin considers. – This time we also expect to obtain information on the modules necessary for integration with the accounting systems which are already available for users and, of course, to raise a usability of service".

To take part in the closed testing, it is necessary to leave the request on the special page – www.solvermate.ru/new. Upon termination of a set of group the letter with the instruction and the link to an input in the tested system will be sent to each participant.

Within the held testing SolverMate announces competition for the most active testers. In total 10 prizes are provided.

In March, 2011 SaaS-сервис SolverMate left a beta and announced the beginning of open testing for all comers. The closed beta test of the new version successfully finished, it lasted nearly 1.5 months, having taken New Year's and Christmas holidays. The viability of the version is confirmed, the core is tested.

The Solvermeyt company announced in April, 2012 the next updating of the mail service of SolverMate, a cloud solution for small and medium business. Instruments of fast migration and implementation, import and export of contacts and also other new features made work with SolverMate even more convenient and fast.

The main attention in this updating was paid to instruments of fast transition to SolverMate use: import of e-mail of employees and archives, the instrument of complete transfer of mail for the domain from a hosting on service in SolverMate in "one cliques", import of contacts from any e-mail clients and services.

Instruments of collective work are improved. For chains of letters in which several people participate (for example, one client and the staff of department of technical support) the updated widget Participants displays not only names, but also avatars of participants of correspondence, their contact information and the status (the employee, the partner, the client, etc.). For faster orientation in chains of letters and the contact list each user can set color designation of certain types of chains and contacts: for example, a bright red die for chains like Request or green for the Order type. It will help to find all letters of this type instantly.

One more innovation - a possibility of export of the selected contacts to the file of the CSV format. It will allow to use an address database for advertizing or a newsletter using other services.

Separately it is worth mentioning the appeared possibility of automatic calculation of terms at a receipt of the letter, for example for the request or a task. For this purpose the user needs to set only the corresponding rule for a chain of this kind: for example, "+2 days to the date of receipt", and deadlines for all subsequent orders will appear in the calendar automatically. Besides, support of reminders on important events of the calendar - in the form of the e-mail or a pop-up window, at the discretion of the user is added.

How much is SolverMate

The individual or the small company can use SolverMate service without any explicit or hidden restrictions on functionality approximately within a year. Statistics shows that during this time in a mailbox of the client, most likely, 1 GB of information will collect. If he has no time to clean the box from outdated correspondence, then after achievement of this volume it is necessary to make some investments. The SolverMate rates are constructed by the principle of "gigabaytomesyaets" – also as, KW-hours for use of the electric power are paid. Originals of all letters will be stored in initial email clients or services if only the user does not expose the Delete Initial Copies check mark in settings.

Updating of spring of 2012

If the previous versions of SolverMate were, by and large, superstructures for already existing mail, then the last update offers already full-fledged mail service with much ampler opportunities. The technology of cross-references used by service allows to display the same data in a format of the calendar, chains of letters, the contact list and so forth.
