The Moscow company AMN Engineering, specializing in the production of metalworking equipment, has completed the first stage of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity." In six months, the company managed to accelerate the production process by 12 hours and increase labor productivity on the pilot stream by nine percent. The increase in efficiency indicators will allow the company to increase revenue by at least 10 percent over the next 12 months. This was announced on April 6, 2023 at the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the city of Moscow.

As a pilot stream, the company chose the production of powder painting complexes, which are used in, industrial industries for example construction , and. mechanical engineering Experts in the field of labor productivity helped the company reduce the time manufacture of one powder painting complex from 120 to 108 hours. Workers lost time due to downtime that arose due to the untimely supply of components. After the volume of batches of purchased parts was reduced, their delivery time was reduced from 45 to 20 days, which ultimately avoided suspensions in work.

In addition, the company managed to reduce unused inventories by 15 percent, and thanks to selective quality control of operations, the costs of eliminating deficiencies decreased by 125 thousand rubles per month. Also during the project, the company expanded production space, which allowed to create additional jobs.

All methods applied on the pilot stream will be further transferred to other divisions of the enterprise.

Since 2022, the implementation of the project in the capital is carried out by the Regional Competence Center of Moscow (ANO Mosstrategia), subordinate to the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the city.
