To ensure control and prevent fuel theft, 76 Oil Tyumen specialists connected an Exzotron fuel column with a Galileosky 7x terminal and wireless fuel level sensors to the tank. Thus, they set up the delivery of fuel from the tank only when checking a special driver's card.

Now, to refuel, the driver applies his RFID card to the reader on the column, indicates the required amount of fuel and starts the output. At this point, the server checks the card limits. If all the conditions are met, and the driver is charged with refueling, then the fuel is issued. During the implementation of the project, at the request of the client, a 15-second delay was added before issuance, so that the driver had time to reach the tank and control the process. 50 drivers received such RFID cards.

Moreover, Galileosky 7x C terminals are installed on the vehicles of the road construction company and fuel level sensors are connected to ensure control of fuel supplied to the tank and spent fuel.

The customer received a system that carries out full fuel control in the company. The customer purchases the fuel in his tank and controls the amount of its delivery and consumption. The theft factor has decreased to 0%, as the movement of fuel is now reflected in real time. Without a permitted RFID card, the column does not provide fuel. Accordingly, it became possible to clearly account for fuel. The project development plans include the installation of additional alarm equipment for fire safety in the room where the fuel column is located.
