The Wave Service team has developed WS Messenger, a specialized messenger for management and service companies. The Russian-developed messenger has everything that users are used to in popular chats, plus the ability to plan and track work tasks. The processes of maintenance, operation and repair of commercial real estate largely consist of routine and repetitive tasks and require continuous communication of employees. The experience of large and medium-sized customers revealed that this tool digitizes up to 80% routine maintenance tasks and saves on average up to 2.5 hours a week.

WS Messenger is a completely domestic development. In the context of the ban on the use of foreign messengers in a number of Russian companies, this allows us to maintain confidence in the continuity and safety of work processes.

Among the key opportunities of the industry messenger: monitoring the execution and assessment of the work performed directly in chats, displaying a single list of employees, creating and setting up thematic chats by types of specialized tasks, indicating the load of performers for effective planning, automatic reporting.
