"Tekhkorm Nutrishen" in 6 months switched to Russian ERP with the help of "Homnet"

2023: Implementation of the Russian "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0"

On April 5, 2023, the Homnet GC "" reported that the migration project to the Russian "" was 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 Tehkorm Nutrishen carried out with the participation of the Khomnet GC and was implemented within six months. For this time business processes , they were transferred to another system, users passed training and began full-fledged work in it.

Automation was built on the typical functionality 1C of ERP ": Enterprise Management 2," only with minor modifications in part integration with third-party systems. In the context of critically tight deadlines, this approach became the optimal solution, which was proposed and provided by the team of experts of the Khomnet Group of Companies. This helped to implement the project in a fairly short time and save resources on the implementation and support of the system in the future.

Prior to the project, Tehkorm Nutrishen used the Dutch Infor M3 system. In 2022, the company initiated a project to switch to Russian software. The main criterion for choosing a project executor was the possession of appropriate expertise, the key when choosing a software solution is the ability of the system to fully cover the functional and technical requirements of the company. Based on the results of the selection procedure, Tehkorm Nutrishen entered into an agreement with Khomnet Group of Companies, which had previously acted as an executor on the company's IT projects and established itself as a reliable partner. The information system was selected as 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.

For the first two months, the Homnet Group team worked on conceptual design - modeling of Tehkorm Nutrishen's business processes based on the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 configuration. The key principle used in modeling is to preserve the typical functionality of the solution using minimal modifications. After that, the team of the Homnet Group of Companies began the stage, including the development of integration with third-party customer systems. Experts have set up two-way integration with the Batch Explorer program, which is used to control production mechanisms at the plant, and one-way integration with the BestMix feed recipe program.

At the next stage, the system kernel, user profiles were configured, training was organized and conducted, regulatory reference information was loaded into the system. Based on the results, an information base for comprehensive test operation has been prepared. Upon completion of testing, the current balances at the beginning of 2023 were transferred to 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 from 1C: Accounting CORP 3.0 and the Infor M3 system. At the final stage, a pilot operation of the system was carried out, as a result of which users switched to full-fledged work in this program.

All the main business processes of Tehkorm Nutrishen were automated on the basis of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" using the standard functionality:

  • Procurement;
  • Warehouse;
  • Production;
  • Sales;
  • Planning of sales, production and procurement of raw materials;
  • Planned cost price;
  • CRM.

In addition to the obvious features of the transition to the Russian ERP system, such as the presence of technical support, low cost of ownership and constant development of the system, a single digital circuit has been built in Tehkorm Nutrishen. As a result, the level of automation of the company as a whole has become higher (previously, separate business processes: accounting, tax, production were implemented in various systems).
