Company "1C: Bukhgateriya and Trade (BT)" completed the project of automation of La Cherry day spa using "BT: Beauty 8". In a project deliverable in the organization customer service accelerated and maintaining the customer base and customer relation is automated.
The La Cherry day spa offers the clients full range of services – from manicure and a pedicure to an office of an esthetics of the person and a body, a massage office and the phytobar.
At the time of automation account in the organization was kept manually that was labor-consuming. For accounting of all services and materials which are spent for them of working time of personnel and money the specialized program for beauty shops was necessary. After market research of the software the management selected the solution "BIT: Beauty 8". The product allows to consider effectively the material consumption, to keep the working schedule of personnel as on hours, and in shifts, to calculate compensation according to different schemes, to manage customer relations, thanks to the integral unit of CRM.
