The construction Vostokneftezavodmontazh company ("JSC VNZM") expands scope of application EDMS "CASE". The partner in the project the company Medialux LLC.
Previously
A choice was made for benefit of the CASE system. As a trial step it was decided to implement EDMS in office and, in particular, to pass to electronic document registration.
The company management noted essential increase in employee performance
Today
At a present stage installation of jobs of the CASE system in branches of the company, in one of them is planned document registration is already automated.
In the future
It is in the long term supposed to involve all opportunities EDMS "CASE" and to pass to the automated document flow.
