2023: Transition to "1C: Holding Management"

The Ascona holding has completed the implementation of the 1C: Holding Management system with the improvements necessary for maximum automation. The holding announced this on April 10, 2023.

Prior to the start of the project, applications for spending funds were issued in Prestima, the company's budgeting and financial management system, which was used by all holding organizations. The system was technically outdated, and a transition to a more efficient tool was required.

Control over the spending of funds and budgeting were carried out throughout the holding in excel tables. Planning budgets due to manual control required a lot of labor on the part of users and employees, slowing down operational processes.

The process of implementation, integration and refinement was carried out jointly by the IT department of the company and the 42Solution team.

To effectively generate applications for financial transactions in an automated format, the treasury unit was introduced in 32 organizations of the holding. The group of companies noted a decrease in the burden on financial divisions and a decrease in the timing of payment coordination. In addition, the holding organized a clear control over the discipline of payment execution. Also, as a result of implementation and improvements, financial risks decreased.

6 legal entities use the capabilities of the budgeting and cash flow forecasting unit. Transparency and control in the field of budgeting and forecasting of income and expenses has been achieved in 3 divisions. Thus, the issue of automation of the financial management of the entire holding is completely closed.
