2024: Robovoice 2.0 with integrated GPT models
SL Soft has released an updated version of the Robovoice platform for the development of intelligent voice bots and chatbots. The developer announced this on September 4, 2024. The platform is enriched with a large set of functionality that increases the conversion and nativity of bot-to-customer communications. The main focus of the release is to expand communication channels and strengthen the intellectual abilities of digital assistants.
Robovoice 2.0 is integrated with popular GPT models (LLM) on the market. Now bots independently generate the text of their replicas based on the company's knowledge base.
The previous version of the platform already included a dialog designer, a neural network and machine learning technologies for understanding subscribers' natural speech by bots, TTS solutions for speech synthesis, real-time analytics with the ability to build visual dashboards to control the quality of communications and other components.
This functionality allows you to add smart blocks with promtas to scripts - instructions on the basis of which bots independently formulate replicas during a conversation, including using variables: names, dates, numbers, etc. Using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and GPT technologies, the bot refers to the "knowledge base," extracts the necessary information and converts it into an understandable and personalized response to the client.
Thus, it is not necessary to detail the script, create many branches of the development of nonlinear dialogs and spend time adjusting the script when changes in the knowledge base are made. The bot independently decides how to conduct a conversation in order to achieve a business result, focusing on the knowledge base and specified in the Tone of Voice promt.
