On April 12, 2023, Korus Consulting announced that it had created a corporate portal for the First Freight Company.

In 2021, PGK, together with KORUS Consulting, completed the introduction of a corporate portal for 3 thousand users. The combined team of experts from PGK and specialists from KORUS Consulting replaced the outdated Microsoft SharePoint-based solution with an intranet portal based on the Bitrix24 platform. We created and implemented more than 20 modules and 20 services, integrated the site with the company's personnel systems - AD, SAP HR.

Within the framework of the project, the basic functionality was updated - company news, working with documents, training, surveys, a telephone directory. Also, the intranet has become a platform for dialogue - thanks to employee stories, communities, the blogosphere, a channel for collecting and working out feedback. The employee profile included not only working information (position, contacts), but also the opportunity to tell about yourself, adding expertise, skills, personal information, leave gratitude to a colleague. Corporate services are available on the portal that allow you to leave applications for vacations, order certificates, draw up an individual development and training plan, and submit resumes to internal positions. The most popular sections of the portal are adapted for viewing from mobile devices. Much attention is paid to the protection of user information and data: employees undergo two-factor authentication for access.

In PGK, the results of the introduction were: an increase in weekly portal traffic from 35% to 60%, an increase in news views by more than half and the number of comments by 100%. In addition, 30% of all content began to create employees themselves.

In PGK, we managed to achieve really significant results. The clear goals set by the company's management at the beginning of the cooperation turned into concrete indicators following the project, - said Anton Bobrov, director of the corporate services department of KORUS Consulting Group.
