Uvelka accelerated internal processes 3 times with Nopaper solution

"Uvelka" switched to KEDO and chose the Nopaper solution. Artsofte (Acommers) announced this on April 11, 2023.

The main arguments in favor of the service were a 3-fold reduction in the time for signing documents by finding all of them in a smartphone, developing a branded application in branded colors and a bird logo, as well as convenience - you went in and immediately see where the documents are, at what stage of signing. Without "jumps" and tab transitions.

All statuses are immediately visible on the Nopaper main screen: what awaits approval, which document needs to be signed, and what the work has already been completed.

In its solution, Nopaper also provided for the creation of an electronic archive for storing documents. Previously, an archive of 60 m2 was located at a distance of 3 km from the plant, and if a personnel officer receives a request for a document from the archive, then he will spend half a day only on the road and search. Now the personnel specialist in 2-3 minutes finds any document in the electronic archive.
