Rostelecom "closely monitors the development of existing and the emergence of new instruments to attract financing in order to ensure the balance, stability and flexibility of its debt portfolio in the long term," says Sergey Anokhin, First Vice President and Financial Director of Rostelecom. - The placement of digital financial assets on Alfa-Bank's platform is an opportunity for us to try out a new innovative instrument, which in the future may become in demand and occupy a significant share in the Russian debt market, providing attractive conditions for borrowers both through quick and direct access to end investors and for institutional investors themselves, as well as, importantly, private investors and creditors.[2]
