The postal telegraph office of Nizhny Tagil implemented the project on creation of a communication network for City administration

The postal telegraph office to Nizhny Tagil implemented the large-scale project on creation of a modern communication network for City administration Nizhny Tagil. The project was implemented by Comstar Regions Ltd based on VLAN technology (Virtual Local Area Network is a virtual local area network). In August, 2010 divisions of City administration Nizhny Tagil were integrated by a uniform corporate data network. The communication channels organized by the operator support information transfer on Ethernet technology at a speed up to 100 Mbps.

The uniform corporate communication network will allow City administration to move to qualitatively new level of document flow, to provide all municipal employees with a standard packet of information services and to increase efficiency of activity.

Glazyrin Alexander, the head of department of the software and hardware of organizational management of City administration Nizhny Tagil, noted: "Creation of a modern computer network is an important step on the way to a single system of electronic document management and information technology implementation to a management activity of municipality. Such criteria of work of communication service provider as efficiency, quality and reliability are extremely important for us."
