Sberbank: CoMeta Educational project for novice entrepreneurs in the metaverse

2023: Project Launch

Sberbank on April 17, 2023 announced that it had launched the CoMet educational project for novice entrepreneurs in the metaverse. The virtual space has been created for aspiring entrepreneurs and teenagers 12 and older who are interested in technological trends, science or topics of personal efficiency and soft skills development. It will regularly host inspiring lectures by famous businessmen, business games, networking sessions, music concerts, and a library of video content will also be organized. It is planned that by the end of the year more than 35 thousand unique users will visit the 3D space.

In addition to watching lectures and concerts, visitors to the CoMeta will be able to create their own digital avatars, communicate with other users, complete quests in five related spaces and receive gifts from Sberbank and partner companies.

Anyone can get to CoMeta: connection is possible both from a mobile device and from a personal computer, it does not require downloading applications and registration. The functionality of the site and formats of work with it will be constantly updated based on the wishes of its users, the space will be supplemented with new content and will become a virtual meeting place for the youth startup community.
