The tender for the purchase in the format of an auction was published on March 7, 2023. Its results were summed up on March 17. Only one application was submitted for the auction - from RTK Digital Technologies. The contract with Rostreestr was concluded without relegation, at the maximum price.

According to the terms of reference, the customer required rack servers with a base frequency processor of at least 2.2 GHz and 3048 GB of RAM. Installed OS on the equipment should be included in Register of the Ministry of Digital Science.

The delivery of servers is intended for the development of an information system for managing the archive of registry cases and books of documents, and DSS - for storing archives of registry cases.

Judging by previous auctions, the service has already purchased Yadro computing equipment. For example, in July 2022, Rosreestr for 801.3 million rubles. purchased 190 servers "Wegman S220" and one DSS "Tatlin-Yu." The contractor was also RTK Digital Technologies. Judging by the contract card, Rostelecom's subsidiary fulfilled its obligations in arrears, for which it has already paid 1.4 million rubles. in the form of a fine^[1].
