On April 21, 2023, the company Wone IT announced that it had become IT a partner in the international project "" and Total dictation ensured the uninterrupted operation of the action. The project team attracted Wone IT in February 2023 - a month and a half before the action. The IT partner was tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the project. A large influx of users was expected on the day of the action (April 8), who will simultaneously participate in the online dictation, as well as the day before, when registration for full-time sites will open.

To solve this problem, it was necessary to restore order in the IT basis of the "Total Dictation," which did not provide high-quality work and failed during periods of intensive load. The main difficulties were due to the fact that the technological component was provided by several contractors, each of which was responsible for a certain part of the work; There was no unified management at this level and coordination of the performers. One of the serious barriers was the lack of technical documentation for the site. The two available versions of the site - the test and product − differed in functionality and were not synchronized with each other.

At the first stage of the projects, Wone IT specialists closed all types of work on themselves and began to operate in one window mode, accumulating the entire range of IT tasks in their hands. At the second −, they studied the work of the site and its services from the inside and re-described the entire system. Further, − analyzed the IT loop of the project and decided to change its IT architecture, since within the framework of the current one it was impossible to ensure scaling and cope with loads during rush hour: both the site itself and the database were located on the same cloud server (as a service infrastructure was provided by the Yandex Cloud cloud platform).

Wone IT specialists made several copies of the site and distributed them to different virtual machines. All necessary infrastructure for the period of the stock was also leased on Yandex.Cloud. This architecture made it possible to duplicate the work of the site and redistribute key IT resources: if a failure occurred on one of the server machines, the load was immediately transferred to others. The restructuring helped to optimize infrastructure and reduce costs: payment for additional capacity was made only at the time of peak loads.

Analysis of the functionality also revealed a number of problems, including authorization that users did not work through; social networks failed mail, as it was organized through a free service that Gmail has a limit on sending messages. The Wone IT team synchronized both versions of the site, fixed functional bugs, configured message sending and many other important processes. At the time of the dictation, a paid unlimited postal service was connected, after which the mail was again transferred to a free resource in order to optimize the project budget.

The work done helped to solve the task - to carry out the dictation without failures, the technological basis of the project was prepared for large loads. On April 8, 2023, the totaldict.ru site was visited by about 130 thousand unique users. The total time of the action was 15 hours, during which Wone IT specialists maintained the stable operation of the project's technology platform. Within ten days before the event, during the registration period, about 30-40 thousand potential participants entered the portal every day.
