2023: Development and implementation of a CRM platform based on Bitrix24
On April 17, 2023, the Hive company announced the development and implementation of a Bitrix-based CRM platform for Penoplex. 24 The system allows you to agree on individual delivery conditions for a specific construction site for the distributor 10 times faster than before.
According to the company, the distributor in his personal account can independently form shipments for agreed items, exchange documents, manage the order of loading the container, communicate with support, etc. The interaction process has become comfortable and effective.
Penoplex is a Russian manufacturer of construction and decorative and finishing materials based on polymers. As of April 2023, the organization owns 13 production sites in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The sale of products (heat and waterproofing) is carried out exclusively through a network of distributors.
Previously, the company has already used automated software to account for b2b sales, however, as part of working with the Hive, it was possible to separate business areas, implement additional capabilities and the necessary functionality in CRM, taking into account the specifics of flexible pricing, sales through intermediaries and work with more than 60,000 companies.
For the project, the developers used a boxed version of 1C-Bitrix24 in the Enterprise edition. The finished solution included a convenient system for sellers.
The system provides for detailed transaction execution cards, regional linking of departments of different departments and operational agreement of the contract. A significant advantage was the rapid approval of specifications that take into account the individual conditions of the construction site and distributor - with Bitrix24 this process takes a maximum of two hours instead of several days.
The following features are also implemented:
- employee employment control;
- issuing individual discounts;
- online approval of documents;
- monitoring of key processes;
- automatic creation and unloading of reports.
Thanks to the integration of Google and Yandex maps into Bitrix, 24 the problem of duplicating workflows has disappeared - CRM automatically checks the transaction at the address and coordinates. The system also shows managers where and in what time frame customers will start construction.
The possibility of work reports and breakdown by region allows you to predict sales. For example, the planning system shows that objects in the north need materials to insulate buildings with a larger thickness.
With the introduction of this CRM, Penoplex has become available tools for monitoring key processes, working with clients and building long-term plans.
