Background

In process of development of network in company management there was a need more quickly to make management decisions, to optimize purchasing and price policy, to control warehouse stocks and a product line.

It is necessary to have a system which quickly provided information:

  • relevant remaining balance of goods in warehouses;
  • quantity and contents of orders of buyers;
  • relevant prices of suppliers;
  • dynamics of sales for the period;
  • sales of goods by types of the equipment, brands, models, producers, etc.

Pavel Karev, the associate director of the company notes that in process of business development the functionality of earlier used program began not to be enough, up-to-date operational data about the movement of goods on all sales points were necessary, different analytical information was required, did not arrange the existing pricing mechanism. The decision on implementation of the latest management decision – edition 11 of the 1C: Trade Management 8 system was made.

As a result

Automated management retail and wholesale, purchase planning and sales. Simultaneous operation of all shops of network in uniform information base via the Internet in regime of "thin client" is organized. As a result of system implementation performance of work of selling assistants almost twice grew, customer service quality increased. Automation of network led to decrease temporary and labor costs of employees and also accelerated and simplified acceptance of management decisions.

The project is executed within four months taking into account time expenditure on configuration change, user training and commissioning. Eight jobs are automated.
