2023: Pilot "Briefings"

Provision of services for the development of a system for monitoring the implementation of briefings before the start of work.

Functionality and tasks to be solved

The system is designed to automate business processes within the framework of conducting and performing control and supervisory functions of briefings before starting work for GPN employees and contractors at work facilities in Gazprom Neft Group of Companies.

The purpose of creating a system for monitoring the implementation of briefings before the start of work is to develop a software solution that allows planning and conducting briefings in real time, remotely monitoring and analyzing the activities of the instructor, confirming the full implementation of briefings, i.e. conducting briefings in accordance with the algorithm and identifying the risks of safety related to a specific performance of work.

The development of the system is aimed at reducing the labor costs of personnel and eliminates the requirements for entering data into newly formed objects of the system that have a connection with existing objects of the system, in which users previously entered the desired characteristics. IE automatically receives data on existing or configured relationships in the project and fills them into newly created objects.

Results

A prototype has been developed, ON as well as a test program and methodology (description of steps, test initial data for, testings list of test users, functional and load testing methodology).
