Solvo.WMS is a modern warehouse management system in real time which allows to automate effectively even the most specific processes on warehouse complexes with any type of the nomenclature and volume of turnover.

A system successfully works at more than 140 objects across all Russia and the CIS among which there are warehouses of such companies as Baltika Brewery (11 warehouses), Pepsi So. (Lebedyansky, Wimm-Bill-Dann), SIBUR, DPD, Royal Canin, CentrObuv, SELA, Vitek and others.

Solvo.WMS is the whole range of the ready configurations, in all parts considering specifics of the different industries – distribution and retail, pharmaceutics, production (including FMCG), 3PL.

The complete solution from SOLVO includes all necessary software of own development, namely the full-fledged WMS system configured under requirements of a specific warehouse, a number of add-on modules at choice, such as management of the yard or business activity of a warehouse and also necessary system software.

The Solvo company as the system integrator, can configure and provide also the most modern equipment for automation of a warehouse, in particular data collection terminals from world leaders – Honeywell, Motorola, Datalogic.

The Solvo system is "turnkey" solution since also it allows to be integrated with most popular ERP and the accounting systems, any technology equipment – pipelines, roundabouts, applicators, scales, etc., and thanks to the EDI function – to communicate with partners, using the most different formats – from EDIFACT to xls, xml any other.

Proceeding from needs of the customer the implementation scope of a system can vary from initial level (a management system on the basis of paper sheets tasks) to a full-function warehouse management system in the real time mode, using technologies of barcoding, RFID, positioning of the warehouse equipment and other automation equipment.

A system operates with the physical concept "load" - a pallet, the box, etc., is the concept "packaging" and ID of a load, etc.

It is an important point which distinguishes Solvo.WMS from the warehouse modules ERP and many accounting systems where balance sheet account by store cells is kept and therefore a number of restrictions remains. Thus, Solvo.WMS allows to avoid accounting by method of virtual warehouses and allows to consider most fully and correctly goods, for example at shipment (there is no binding to balance).

2018: Module "Pomarochny Accounting"

On September 14, 2018 the SOLVO company announced release of system module of Solvo.WMS under the name "Pomarochny Accounting". He allows to observe uniform requirements to marking of boxes and a pallet that is relevant for producers and importers, to perform product acceptance according to requirements of RAR, to create the delivery note of the typical technological work order for the Unified State Automated Information System at assembly of orders and also to carry out inventory - write-off and setting on balance and many other things.

Solvo.WMS

For effective work with cargo units by brands and the best interaction with the Unified State Automated Information System 3.0 provided module include a number of important features:

• Work with logistic units, formation of skeleton diagrams, such as "monopallet-box-brand", "mix pallet-box-brand" and others.
• Parallel conducting lot-based and pomarochny accounting. Scanning of excise stamps and filling of structure of logistic unit is made only on products for which it is required to keep such account, for example, with excise stamps of a required sample.
• Accounting of excise stamps in the course of acceptance, inventories, control, selection, packaging and shipment.

Acceptance

At acceptance of logistic units in the Solvo.WMS system the following options are possible:

• on SSCC pallets,
• on SSCC of a box,
• on excise stamps,
• on acceptance on SSCC of boxes with selective scanning of an excise stamp and its check on belonging to the specified box.

If in the course of acceptance in WMS information on structure of logistic units and brands, for example, from ERP and MES systems arrives, then WMS can automatically create on the basis of it the corresponding cargo units, and during the work with boxes and pallets the possibility of selective scanning of excise stamps in loads is supported.

Selection and packaging

At selection a system allows to work in two modes: selection with indication of and without indication of brands – branded control is exercised after selection at a packaging stage. At selection of the whole loads (a pallet or boxes) input of brands by the operator in a system is not required. WMS compares the planned quantity for selection to the actual quantity in a box. If a system planned the whole box, and the operator scanned SSCC with the smaller enclosed quantity, it will prohibit selection of this load.

At selection of pieces WMS will require to scan each brand and to specify SSCC of a box to which bottles move.

Confirmation of the boxed and piece selections executed on paper technology is made using stationary workstations and the special screen.

In the course of packaging of products the opportunity for work with brands for division or consolidation of loads is provided.

Integration with the Unified State Automated Information System

After the order turns into the status "It Is Ready to Shipment", Solvo.WMS sends to a head system (1C, ERP) information on products collected and prepared for shipment by parts of the order, goods, logistic units and brands. Shipment of the order on a system at the same time is prohibited.

After receiving and check in the Unified State Automated Information System of structure of brands a head system sends the message to Solvo.WMS about permission or prohibition of shipment. At prohibition of shipment to the Unified State Automated Information System of Solvo.WMS will block a possibility of loading of these products in the machine.

Solutions Auto-ID for pomarochny accounting

The SOLVO company proposes complete solutions for automation of an alcoholic warehouse of any type which can include both program parts, and equipment rooms. Due to successful integration of these two components optimization of many processes on identification of cargo units in a warehouse is possible. So, for example, it allows to exclude a possibility of wrong scanning of the barcode of PDF417 instead of Datamatrix that it is reached due to automatic programming check of length of the scanned code.

Experts of "SOLVO" specially selected and tested the devices which are supporting a possibility of correct reading of two-dimensional codes and became a part of the complete solution for pomarochny accounting in a warehouse.

1996: Creation of the Solvo.WMS system

In 1996 the SOLVO company created a management system for the warehouse Solvo.WMS complexes — according to representatives of the company "the first full-fledged system of the class WMS in Russia" — and began work on the system of operational management of container Solvo.CTMS terminals.
