In Polar Trade Alliance company specialists of Solvo company complete automation of a warehouse based on the Solvo.WMS system. Polar Trade Alliance delivers food products to networks of working dining rooms in the territory of the Norilsk industrial region. The company is going to create a wholesale complex which structure includes a warehouse complex. Within the project reconstruction of the warehouse was carried out.
The implemented WMS system allowed to provide operating and transparent control over technology processes, to observe required technology of storage of food products, to effectively use warehouse spaces. The warehouse is divided into zones of pallet, shelf (boxed) storage, a zone of valuable goods, there are four freezing and five refrigeration chambers.
Now one-sided integration of the accounting system of the company with Solvo.WMS is implemented. All necessary documents come from a head system to WMS in the Excel format.
The project was implemented in four months. A system is put in commercial operation ahead of schedule.
