Project stages (temporary)
1 stage - the Phase of design of a system (1 month of calends. - 30 working days): Preparation of the initial version of the design project, completion of the design project according to notes of the Customer, preparation of TZMI, approval of terms of reference, the approval of the specification on the project.
2 stage - System configuration (2 months of calends. - 40 working days): Preparation of the works order, development of topology, development of filling of data for the project, release of zero release of the project, testing, setup of the server hardware, system deployment on servers.
3 stage - the Project startup (1.5 months of calends. - 30 working days): Preparation of an object for implementation, personnel training of a warehouse, test operation, trial operation, delivery in commercial operation.
Characteristic of the customer
Automation object – the warehouse of 10000 sq.m. equipped with six-level racks and the different equipment: electric carts, high-level pickers of orders and electric stackers rich-track. The range of a warehouse considerable – more than 1000 SKU.
Project objective, assigned tasks
The key tasks set by the customer for a management system: accurate tracking of expiration dates of products received from production and also reduction of quantity of errors in work of employees of a warehouse. Provide speed of placement and search of goods and the maximum accuracy at selection of orders.
Reason of the choice of a system
The optimization algorithms used in the Solvo.WMS system, technology of barcoding and use of radio terminals considerably reduce costs and increase the speed of technology processes in our warehouse.
