2023: Trust sold Gutseriev's former warehouse in Mytishchi for 1.35 billion rubles
On May 5, 2023, information appeared that the bank of non-core assets Trust found a buyer for the former warehouse of billionaire Mikhail Gutseriev in Mytishchi. This property was bought by Elma Project, a company associated with Elma Group. The transaction amount is approximately 1.35 billion rubles.
According to the Vedomosti newspaper, Elma Project won an auction for the sale of several warehouse buildings with a total area of 92,145 square meters in Mytishchi near Moscow. The auction was held in connection with the bankruptcy of Mosstroyplastmass and Mytishchi Plastic. Participants in the transaction do not give comments.
Warehouses in Mytishchi were built back in the 1960s - 1990s. last century. Mosstroyplastmass and Mytishchi Plastic were previously part of the Russian Soda Company, which until 2007 was owned by billionaire Mikhail Gutseriev. Now these firms are controlled by Trust, which is gradually selling their property as part of the bankruptcy procedure, Vedomosti writes. |
