2022: Virtual Assistant Begins
In October 2022, it became known that the virtual assistant began to answer questions from citizens when contacting the MPSC. You can ask a question to the assistant both by text, for example, through a widget on the website of the MPSC of region of orenmfc.ru, a chat bot in Telegram (@ orenmfc_bot, @ orenmz_bot), through the MPSC community in VK (vk.com/orenmfc), and by voice over the hotline number MPSC. The virtual assistant can answer more than 1000 questions, he can inform the address of the nearest multifunctional center, prompt a list of necessary documents for a particular service, make an appointment, cancel the recording or inform the status of the readiness of the application by its number.
As reported, the information system was created with the aim of receiving and processing telephone calls using a voice assistant for operational assistance to citizens in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, making an appointment with a doctor at medical institutions in the Orenburg region, calling a doctor at home, including those sent to the Unified Service "122" of the Orenburg region.
