2023: Creation of transaction control functionality B2B2C
Digital integrator "Hive" has completed a project to develop functionality in CRM to control B2B2C transactions in "North Auto." The Bitrix24-based system structured internal information and accelerated the processing of incoming requests. The integrator announced this on May 4, 2023
Sever Auto is a supplier of automotive tires and wheels from leading world manufacturers. The specifics of the company's work involve relationships with both partners and end customers. The tool from "Hive" made it possible to control the sales market in all directions.
Previously, the company used the regular CRM Bitrix24 to register a new partner in the service office:
- Partner got into the office of services on the link posted on the company's website.
- Registered his company and trade and service center (TSC).
- Connected the options.
- After registration I got to Bitrix24.
This version did not take into account the presence of several legal organizations in one service center. The finished solution implements a clear hierarchy of legal entities and links transactions to contracts, companies and TSCs. As part of working with the Hive, client accounting systems were integrated with Bitrix24 through the Data Exchange Service.
In general, more than 10 business processes automated additional functionality. The "Car" field in the lead card displays the binding of the car to a specific contract - managers offer services based on information about the vehicle.
Thanks to the "Community Options" field in the company card, it is easier to search CRM for the desired partner for a specific service.
In the future, Sever Auto plans to integrate with the Parus system for transparent settlements with customers, develop a CRM system and product analytics.
