According to him, by May 2023, Russia does not have enough teachers in end-to-end technologies, and there is also no educational tools that students and teachers could use. The Web3on platform allows you to train university teachers in a short time and provide tools for further education of students, including humanitarian specialties, Shmonin noted.^[1]
