BEST 4 +

BEST-4+ - the Software solution for automation operational, accounting and tax accounting at the enterprises of a different profile. The software product solves problems of accounting of cash and banking activities, logistics, accounting of property, payroll calculation, multidimensional data analysis about financial and economic activity, preparation of accounting and tax statements at a minimum of costs for computer equipment of the enterprise.

Information units of a system are primary documents. This solution is completely compatible to a software package of BEST-4 both on a data structure, and on basic elements of the user interface.

The system of BEST-4+ is used for accounting:

Composition

The end-to-end system of BEST-4+ includes a number of the interconnected modules (subsystems). Each subsystem corresponds to a certain section of accounting.

Information core of BEST-4+ is the subsystem of an automated workplace of Chief accountant. Here the system of accounts of accounting and tax accounting forms, the main information reference books are filled out and all financial and tax reporting is prepared.

Minimum technical requirements

When choosing a disk subsystem of servers it is recommended to use disks with the SCSI interface, united in the RAID. Use of the hardware RAID controller for these purposes is a preferred choice, in comparison with the organization of the disk array means of the operating system as allows to construct more reliable and productive solution. The recommended configurations are offered taking into account operating experience of BEST-4+ at the different enterprises, reliability assurance and high-speed performance of work of a complex at integration into office applications Microsoft and can be used as basic at equipment selection for automation of the enterprises. Minimum possible configuration of the equipment (the processor, RAM, disk space) conforms to requirements to installation of MS Windows operating system 98 SE/2000/XP/2003 and additional software of MS Office 97/2000/XP/2003. In this case acceptable reliability and high-speed performance of a software package of BEST-4+ is not guaranteed.
