Digital Design transferred meetings of the Moscow Department of Transport to the digital environment

2023: Implementation of ISCO "Areopad"

On May 16, 2023, Digital Design announced the completion of a digital transformation project for the preparation and holding of meetings in the Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development in Moscow. The work of the participants of the advisory bodies of the department, the holding of meetings of working groups and meetings of committees, including the preparation of operational reports for making decisions on the management of the capital's transport complex and monitoring the implementation of orders, was automated.

The department has introduced the information system of collegial bodies "Areopad" (ISCO "Areopad"), developed and developed by the company "Digital Design" since 2018.

The interaction of all participants of the advisory bodies was transferred to a single information space, the full cycle of meetings was automated:

• generation of calendar and agenda;
• preparation and placement of materials on users' devices;
• direct holding of meetings;
• preparation of questionnaires and written opinions;
• automatic logging of decisions made.

Information is protected from unauthorized access, including on mobile devices, in accordance with domestic cryptography standards.
