Project date: 2023/05

On May 16, 2023, it became known that the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) decided to unilaterally terminate the contract with Migalka. The latter was supposed to provide in the interests of the department the supply of domestic monoblocks for a total of 138.1 million rubles.

According to CNews, the contract concluded on November 29, 2022 provided for the transfer of 3240 all-in-one desktops to Depo Neos MF 524 developed by DEPO Computer. The equipment is required by the customer to equip automated workplaces of the Rosstat information and computing system. Six companies took part in the competition, which was held in the format of an auction, and the victory went to Migalka. It was assumed that computers will be shipped by March 30, 2023.

However, Migalka did not fulfill the conditions of the state contract: the company was never able to name the expected date of delivery of the goods to the customer. Moreover, Rosstat tried several times to get an answer from the performer, but he never got in touch. After that, the department turned to Depot Electronics in order to find out if an order was issued for the supply of monoblocks. But it turned out that "Migalka" did not leave an application for assembling computers for Rosstat.

As a result, the contract was terminated on May 2, 2023. CNews notes that a previously similar agreement with Migalka severed the Treasury: an agreement in the amount of 559 million rubles involved the supply of 13 thousand Depo Electronics computers. In both cases, the contractor cited the fact that the manufacturer (Depot Electronics) stopped producing the relevant equipment as the reason for the disruption of shipments. It follows from the document on termination of the contract that the supplier reported that it was impossible to fulfill the contract either on time or later.[1]
