2023: Being able to record voice commentary

On May 16, 2023, RIVTS-Pulkovo announced the addition of the functionality of the Mobile Workplaces system module. The software product is used in the work of employees of the apron service service and helps to facilitate and speed up the work of specialists, optimizing production processes.

Now employees of the apron service can record a voice comment on the current service of the flight and save it in history. The audio track is stored inside the system itself, not transmitted to third-party servers, which provides additional data security. This functionality also allows you to speed up the process of work, since the user dictates a note, and does not type it on the keyboard

Also added the ability to fix a violation of technological service in the photo. Photofixing functionality is useful in the process of inspecting the side for any damage. In the presence of deficiencies, the agent can fix them and reflect a violation of process service in the system. You attach all pictures of the employee in one click to the report online.

It is possible to create the necessary checklists in the skill binding. The checklist allows you to structure the work of a specialist, standardize it. When starting work, the performer must clearly know what he needs to do and the checklist allows him not to miss a single item. The MRM user, in the course of his work, can check the aircraft side, noting the steps passed. To finish the work and transfer it to the "completed" status, the performer must complete the checklist and put his signature.
