Today the Software AG company submitted the new version of ARIS MashZone. Thanks to ARIS MashZone 2.0 users from different departments can create own managerial panels for visualization and assessment of big arrays of various data. In several minutes it is possible to obtain data from different sources, to combine and visualize them. It will allow the companies to represent better interrelations between up-to-date data and will provide them big freedom of action by preparation of key indicators and statistical data.
The Web 2.0 technologies implemented in MashZone give to users the chance to collectively develop and use managerial panels. The improved information exchange allows to perform work in more short time quicker to make decisions. New opportunities of ARIS MashZone 2.0 include:
- New components for visualization. Integration into Google Maps™ allows to use all functionality of this application. Besides, users can create and own vector cards. The improved representation of threshold values in charts and also comparison with values on the last periods.
- Possibilities of interaction. Access to data sources is expanded. ARIS MashZone 2.0 allows to provide access to a DB according to the JDBC standard. Other data sources include ARIS Business Server and webMethods Optimize.
- Browse mode. Instead of editing modes and administration cheaper version of a product provides the browse mode giving access "only for reading".
The product MashZone 2.0 is also available in the version of the Enterprise Edition considering requirements of corporations. For process optimization of release of hybrid applications abilities to manage are expanded access. Use of an enterprise-wide product is also facilitated by integration of data sources of JDBC and the Active Directory. Edition Enterprise Edition significantly simplifies data preparation and information and exchange of them. The new functionality, in particular, provides:
- Access to distributors. For simpler distribution of access rights the existing organization structures can be incorporated in MashZone by means of LDAP.
- Web integration. Users can add and publish proprietary hybrid applications on the Internet or the intranet.
- The simplified access. Being registered in corporate network, users can become authorized at the same time in MashZone.
