2019: Introduction of the product "Smart Logistics Trans"
Rio North systematized the databases in Smart Logistics, optimized business processes and thereby increased employee productivity. Thus, the time for issuing one application has decreased from 20 to 7 minutes thanks to ready-made document templates with the seal and signature of the director already loaded. As a result, the number of orders increased by 11%. The growth of customer loyalty, as they began to receive even better service thanks to automation.
At the same time, all debts (both payables and receivables) are now under control thanks to accounts receivable and overdue. The debt collection process is fully automated: Smart Logistics has implemented a claim statement system, that is, debtors receive claims from the company directly from the program (information letters about the debt, notifications about the suspension of transportation, pre-arbitration notifications, requirements for the client and the carrier).
The analytics showed an 8.6% increase in business profitability, driven by an increase in profitable orders and a decrease in receivables.
