2023: Announcement of the fifth generation radio station R-176-1AYe in Minsk

Holding Roselectronics"" Rostec State Corporation presented Minsk the fifth generation of R-176-1AYe to the radio station. This is one of the key subsystems of the remote mobile radio center communications for the highest levels of army control. This was announced by the development company on May 18, 2023.

Two-channel radio station of medium power R-176-1AYe provides radio communication in VHF-band between connection control points and higher control points. The technique provides automatic establishment and maintenance of radio communication sessions with minimal personnel participation. This product allows you to organize work in all classical types of modulation - amplitude (AM), frequency (FM) and phase (PM).

The fifth generation radio station, which Roselectronics is demonstrating in Minsk these days, differs from the technology of previous generations in a higher level of interference protection, increased data transfer rate, support for batch file transfer with guaranteed delivery. The station can be used both as part of radio centers of field communication nodes, and autonomously. The range of the equipment at the parking lot reaches 2000 km, in motion - 300 km,
told in Rostec.

The radio station can R-176-1AYe operate in selective and conference modes. The equipment makes it possible to exit from the control panels of crew members to two-wire service lines, DKMV transceivers, MW radio stations in simplex and duplex modes. Article provides relay of DKMV-channel to MV-channel, as well as maintenance of automated frequency-adaptive radio communication. The technology is based on an open architecture, which facilitates the planned modernization of software and automated workstations of operators. The radio can be used as a unified means for organizing interdepartmental communication in both stationary and field conditions,
noted the general designer of the Constellation concern Mikhail Artemov.
