2022: Transition to "1C: Holding Management "
In 2022, the Siltek Group invested significantly in the automation of management and production processes. The company announced this on May 22, 2023.
In particular, the implementation of the information corporate system "1C: Holding Management" was carried out. This system covers all the contours of the Group's enterprises: sales, production, warehouse, logistics, procurement, accounting, interaction with customers through all modern sales channels. The transition to this ERP system increases the efficiency of all companies included in the Siltek Group of Companies by speeding up the interaction of processes, improving the quality of analytical reporting. The product was introduced jointly with the specialists of First Bit LLC.
During 2022, a number of processes were automated at the production sites of the Group of Companies, which significantly increased the ability of the enterprise to produce products and reduced the time for the manufacture of orders for most nomenclature groups.
Engineers of the Siltek Group of Companies created a robotic system that increased the speed of making ear tags for animals by 30%. If the enterprise is able to produce this product in millions of copies, the use of the system reduces the deadlines for fulfilling orders. In addition, for accelerated marking and coding of electronic ear tags, the company has acquired a new automated laser complex and coding equipment.
At the production site of products with RFID tags, another automatic coding station was launched; the volume of their production is growing, and the need for encoding is also increasing.
To increase the reliability of the production of seal latches, which are in great demand in the energy sector, a robotic complex was purchased. The automation of the release process of this line at all stages allows not only to reduce the level of defect, but also to provide a complete follow-up picture for expert research.
In addition to automation processes, investments were aimed at expanding the fleet of casting machines designed to produce plastic sealing devices; in May 2023, the most popular product on the market is the Alfa-M series.
Innovation and batch production did not go around - one of the courier package production lines was optimized, as a result of which the technological capabilities of the package workshop as a whole will soon increase.
In 2023, Siltek Group of Companies aims to develop the chosen course, which will be announced additionally.
