2023: Implementation of EDMS "Thesis"

The THESIS electronic document management system was introduced in the Government of the Altai Republic and 170 of its subordinate organizations. This was announced on May 24, 2023 by Haulmont (Houlmont). As a result, a single system appeared in the region, which digitalized the accounting of correspondence, the imposition of resolutions, control over the execution of orders.

Among the features of the project can be noted:

• Processing of citizens' appeals to EDMS.
• Integration with Federal Information Address System,, and STT MADO information system. FTS
• Translation into Altai of individual document templates and interface elements.
• Use in a cluster servers based on. OS Linux
• The ability to use, including on tablets the Russian with OS. Aurora

You can already see the result: all organizations work with documents in electronic format, processes have noticeably accelerated, manual actions have been automated.
