In the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Republic of Belarus works on creation of electronic archive are begun. Integrator RUP "Center of Electronic Document Management".
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Belarus made the decision on creation of electronic archive with use "ARCHIVING".
Technologists of the Center carry out the main works on creation of electronic archive:
- inspection of paper archive.
- setup of the ARCHIVING system for the technology scheme of archive of the ministry.
- user training to work in a system.
- formation (systematization of documents in case) and a design of affairs (units of archive storage).
- the automated preparation of the nomenclature of affairs.
