2023: Transportation Report, Counter Proposal Report, Priority Display Report

On May 29, 2023, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange announced the development of reports for carriers and forwarding agents. With their help, ATI.SU users can more effectively manage their business, see problem areas in advance and quickly adjust their actions.

Three types of reports are now available: transportation report, counteroffer report, priority display report.

The transportation report shows the transactions made on ATI.SU. The service collects information about the number of orders, waivers, etc. Aggregated data helps to conduct an initial analysis of counterparties and their work on ATI.SU. Users also have the ability to manually add information about counteroffer transactions with orders not formed on ATI.SU. The report allows performers to analyze shipments and counterparties and build processes more efficiently.

The transportation report has an extended version. It allows you to build the forecasting process. This version of the report includes all data on ATI.SU transactions: completed and incomplete shipments, waivers from agreed transactions, status on documents, etc. By self-uploading this data to BI systems, Excel and other software, users can create graphs according to different parameters and rely on them in decision-making.

The counteroffer report shows all offers sent by the carrier with a bet on interesting cargo. With its help, you can analyze these proposals and determine the desired price level, which will allow you not to miss goods and customers in the future, as well as assess the effectiveness of employees - namely, understand how many counteroffers an employee sends and how beneficial they are for the carrier itself.

The report on the priority display of machines demonstrates the history of write-offs for this service (with its help, ATI.SU participants can "raise" their transport in the Exchange's search results in order to receive more responses). Such information will help carriers analyze the work with the paid functions of the ATI.SU website and control the cost of them.
