Automated system of TM State Property Committee

it is intended for maintaining the register of federal, regional and municipal property, documentary maintenance of all stages of lifecycle of a real estate and property, observance of regulations and tracking of essential events, arising in process of management of state property.

The system of TM State Property Committee is intended for accounting of federal property, including

• Real estate – the land plot, the residential or non-residential premise, the air or sea vessel, the inland vessel, a space object or firmly the object connected with the earth, including the building, a construction or object of incomplete construction, or other property carried by the law to the real estate
  
• Personal estate – actions, shares (deposit) in the authorized (stacked) capital of business entity or a partnership or other property which is not relating to the real estate

The system of TM State Property Committee allows

•   Organize accounting of federal property, including input and document storage, containing data on federal property, according to an established procedure of accounting 
• provide completeness and reliability of the data which are contained in documents of the owner 
• store electronic copies of documents, the accounting item confirming acquisition by the owner, emergence of the appropriate corporeal right to an accounting item or state registration of the specified right to it 
• to timely provide the information in territorial authorities of the Federal agency on management of federal property.
• create cards of data on an accounting item according to forms of the register of federal property
• to quickly create semi-annual and annual reports on turnover of the property turned into the property of the state, in the form approved by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation
• at change of data on an accounting item quickly to create the changed cards of data for providing in the relevant territorial authority for entering into the register of new data and also copies of the documents confirming new data on an accounting item
• submit data on property objects for an exception of the register to the relevant territorial authority in case of bankruptcy of the owner of property
• create and to timely provide in the relevant territorial authority on paper and electronic carriers updated maps of data on accounting items, in the provided forms, the copy of annual accounting records, the copy of the corresponding inventory registers and inventory reports based on the obligatory inventory which is carried out before drawing up annual accounting records, the supplied EDSs 
• control onto appellate procedure of the decisions of territorial authority connected with registration of property in higher bodies, including in Federal agency on management of federal property
• it is effective to perform functions and powers of the owner of federal property
