In the Oryol region, according to the materials of the prosecutor's office, criminal cases were opened on the poor-quality construction of feldsher-obstetric points. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority. Prosecutors checked whether they comply with the laws during the construction of FAPs in the region.
It turned out that in September 2018 they signed contracts for the construction of such medical institutions in the village of Khotkovo, Shablykinsky district and the village of Muraevka, Soskovsky district. Until March 2020, work was carried out at the facilities. But they didn't qualify.
As a result, the structures of FAPs began to collapse. Damage and cracks, due to which buildings can collapse, appeared on the supporting structures almost along the entire perimeter of the buildings.
As it clarifies, Kommersant"" we are talking about the investment program "Development and strengthening of the social and engineering infrastructure of the Oryol region for 2018," within the framework of which the state institution "" Orelgoskazchik concluded with LLC Architect"" state contracts for the construction of FAPs with housing in the village of Khotkovo, Shablykinsky district and in the village of Muraevka, Soskovsky district, Oryol region. The contractor's work at the facilities was carried out from September 2018 to March 2020 and did not meet the established requirements and standards, the prosecutor's office found out, which later led to the destruction of the design of the facilities.
Prosecutors sent all the materials of the check to the investigating authorities. As a result, 2 criminal cases were opened. By the end of May 2023, patients are being served in neighboring settlements.
It is noted that as part of the investigation of criminal cases, a legal assessment will be given to the actions (inaction) of officials who accepted the facilities and paid for the work carried out poorly.[1]
