A digital platform for managing the territory in pilot mode has been introduced in the Sosnovsky rural settlement of the Leningrad Region. This was announced on May 29, 2023 by Sitronics. With the help of the platform, you can track the dynamics of the implementation of regional and federal programs, the implementation of national projects, the pace and status of the execution of orders. The developer of the platform is Sitronics KT (part of SitronicsGroup).

The digital platform for managing the territory - TsPUT - was developed by order of the Council of Municipal Deputies of the Sosnovsky Settlement with the participation of the Fund for the Support and Development of Science, Education and Innovation of St. Petersburg State University. It must solve two tasks at once - to help the effective work of the municipality administration and receive feedback from local residents. The immediate plans of the management of the municipality, Sitronics KT and the Development Fund of St. Petersburg SEU include the further development of the platform's functionality.

Thus, the system shows objective information in such key areas as the development of budget funds, the analysis of the implementation of regional and state programs, the situation in the spheres of economics, construction, fuel and energy complex and housing and communal services, health care, education, social protection of the population. Visualization tools display in the form of graphs and statistics current data on the implementation of investment programs, the dynamics of GRP growth and other economic indicators of the subject.

Our task was to accumulate key data from disparate sources of official information in a single space and, at the same time, give people's controllers a digital tool for analyzing ongoing processes. And also give a means of communication with the population in the form of a single channel for receiving appeals and feedback on the work of local authorities. As noted in the Council of Deputies, during the piloting of the CPUT, management decisions in the administration of the rural settlement began to be made 20% faster, and the number of ineffective expenses decreased by 8%.
