K2Tex, in partnership with RockITSoft, introduced its own product on May 31, 2023 - the ReMESlo Operational Production Management System (MES). The product is aimed at food industry enterprises producing dairy products, soft drinks, beer, and can also be in demand at any process production facilities where there are stages of processing semi-finished products into finished products.

The PeMESlo system allows you to conduct operational production planning (APS), collect and analyze data, manage production equipment, lines, conveyors, robotics, assess the quality parameters of production processes, for example, CIP-machine (Cleaning in place). The introduction of the PeMESlo system allows you to reduce production costs by 10%, accelerate the production cycle by 20%, and increase production by 15% at equal costs. As a result, the quality and speed of shipment of finished products is improved.

The system consists of modules for various purposes, each of which allows you to collect and analyze reliable data at all stages of production. System visualization tools present information in the form of visual reports available on any device. All obtained data can be integrated into BI systems to assess business performance and make management decisions. Any local or central office specialist can access data securely. Data retention is limited to storage volumes only.

The actual analysis module allows you to create and change production plans in real time, display reports on actual parameters of the production cycle. The module supports data entry - it is enough to specify, for example, the volume of raw materials, and the system will automatically determine the amount of finished product, packaging, pallets, production time and packaging. The MES system allows you to flexibly customize the display of production reports and analytical information depending on the individual preferences of system users and takes the process of control and control over the production cycle to a whole new level.

The CIP-washing monitoring module allows you to control the cleaning of production lines where different types of liquid products are produced. The system analyzes the composition and concentration of detergents at various stages. Even a slight deviation in indicators can lead to significant cost overruns, poor-quality washing, damage to finished products. The system collects data from the equipment, compares it with reference scenarios and builds diagrams with the washing parts. These reports allow you to analyze data from different sections and are built in a few minutes. The implementation of centralized monitoring of CIP washes reduces energy and reagent costs, as well as non-production time.

The PeMESlo system also includes a reference information storage unit. Reference recipes, component properties, equipment and product reference books are stored in a single database available on each of the production lines. This data is automatically loaded when the production plan is entered, which significantly reduces the time for such operations. Centralized storage of NSI allows you to quickly control changes in production processes, shortens the period from the beginning of production to its release, protects against errors in the production cycle.

The production efficiency analysis Block is designed to collect and analyze data from production lines for downtime, availability, and quality of products. With its help, the operator can form KPIs at different levels - from equipment to workshops and the plant. Such analysis reduces costs due to underload of production lines, and also excludes the release of low-quality products due to the human factor and suboptimal operation of equipment.

The APS system allows you to automatically or under the control of the operator to build and update an operational production plan in units of minutes, monitor the fact of completion of production tasks and transfer all the necessary data to the ERP system. With its help, you can control the release of products in the required volume by the required date. The queue of production tasks is formed taking into account the optimal criteria. For example, the minimum amount of line reconfiguration or the length of the process cycle. If necessary, the operational plan can be adjusted very quickly, which ultimately reduces the inertia of planning and speeds up the production response to new requests.
