2023: Translation to Russian CRM platform
On May 31, 2023, Corus Consulting"" announced the transfer of the group of companies Novomet"" to the Russian CRM a platform.
As part of the digital transformation project, the Novomet group of companies has automated interaction with customers using Bitrix24 CRM. KORUS Consulting specialists helped the manufacturer fully digitize the communication circuit with customers.
The Novomet Group provides services for oil oil and gas wells and is one of the manufacturers of ESP in, Russia which supplies equipment for well injection and mechanized production projects around the world. As of May 2023, service bases operate in, and in Russia countries CIS 13 non-CIS countries.
The need to implement CRM was caused by the course towards digitalization of business processes and the need to create a system of consolidated sales reporting, which includes such indicators as actual plan for sales, sales funnel, percentage of transactions won, customer segmentation.
