2023: First stage of digital transformation of maintenance and repair management system

TatItNeft specialists, together with the company 1C-Rarus Kazan"," implemented the first stage of the project to digitally transform the maintenance and repair management system based on the solution. 1C: MR 2.0 KORP The company 1C-Rarus announced this on May 31, 2023. At 16 enterprises of the Group "" Tatneft it was possible to optimize work time planning and set up management of maintenance and repair processes, reduce downtime, reduce the cost of maintenance and repair of equipment.

Until 2019, functional services and departments were responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment (hereinafter referred to as MR) at the enterprises. There was no unified corporate methodology and culture of equipment management, which did not allow solving a number of significant problems and standardizing work. There was a fragmentation and inconsistency of information relations, the labor intensity of manual planning of maintenance and repairs, work on the principle of "fire extinguishing." There was a lack of operational information about the state of the equipment for making management decisions on planning repairs and investments for updates, as well as analysts of the causes of downtime that cause the underutilization of the target product. In 2019, the Technical Policy on TATNEFT Group was adopted and the transformation of the repair management system began.

The project was implemented in several stages - examination, formation of a typical system configuration and loading, data start of processes, MR adaptation of the system to the industry specifics of the enterprise, as well as integration further development of the system. At each stage, a joint team of specialists from the company's enterprises, international experts, TatITneft, "" and "" worked.1C-Rarus KazanDesnol Soft

The projects were implemented in parallel at 16 enterprises of TATNEFT Group. The project program was managed by a single corporate center - the corporate technical policy department of PJSC TATNEFT. The company has developed a unified methodology for managing the MR system, consisting of five key areas: organizational structure, repair strategy, target processes and key performance indicators, reliability elements of the integrated IT system.

As an IT tool, the system "1S:TOIR Management of Repairs and Maintenance of KORP Equipment" was introduced. The necessary improvements and integration with the enterprise management system have been completed, users have been trained to work in the implemented digital environment. Simple at the time of the start of implementation, the task turned into an integrated "ecosystem," including a base for managing equipment, its condition, a base of standards for technological operations, warehouse logistics, reference books for materials, labor resources, typical defects, causes, dispatching algorithms, economics and analytics.

Project results

  • The 1S:TOIR 2.0 KORP database contains data on the equipment, according to which the repair effects (technical charts, standards) are taken into account. The system allows you to record and analyze repeated defects on the equipment, as well as manage typical defects.
  • The processes of accounting for equipment and standards, operation indicators are automated. Planning and analysis of repair efficiency is organized. The system implements the management of personnel, work orders and works. The material and technical support of repair activities is controlled, the costs of services and materials are budgeted.
  • Operational data exchange between 1S:TOIR 2.0 KORP and 1C:ERP systems, as well as other solutions on the 1C: Enterprise platform and third-party products is provided.
  • Manual operations were reduced, the productivity of repair units increased.
  • The transparency of accounting has increased. Equipment data accounting allows to obtain reporting required for formation of reasonable planned costs for maintenance and repair processes. To assess the performance, the "Monitor" is also used KPI- a convenient subsystem: 1C TOID 2.0 KORP.
  • RCA (Root Cause Analysis) fault cause management is organized. The subsystem "Analysis of causes of defects" according to the industry specifics of the enterprise has been finalized, blocks of intermediate results and decisions have been expanded.
  • Thanks to the automation of asset management processes using 1S:TOIR 2.0, KORP laid a serious foundation for the further development of the system. TATNEFT plans to introduce equipment reliability management processes:
    • FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
    • RCM (Reliability Oriented Service).
    • RBI (Risk-Based Inspection).
    • Development of own solution for mobile team integrated with 1C: MRO 2.0 KORP.

database The QRA of the equipment and regulations created in 1S:TOIR 2 allows you not only to keep records, but also to manage assets using combined maintenance strategies for the main technological equipment. RCA failure analysis, in addition to risk oriented service principles for critical and medium critical equipment, allows you to improve the service strategy, manage inventory of materials, taking into account the need for technical cards. According to expert estimates, this will save up to 746 million rub in 2023 for a group of enterprises, taking into account the reduction in losses on the release of the target product due to equipment downtime.

The results achieved made it possible to build a unified methodology for managing the efficiency of equipment use and work with the causes of losses in terms of indicators: equipment availability factor (CTG), overall equipment use efficiency (OEE), equipment utilization factor (KIO), production useful work time (WMP).
